Do I have to be an existing client to get support?
No. We take on support for sites we didn't build, as long as they're on a platform we can confidently maintain. We'll audit it first and tell you honestly if it's viable.
Is there a minimum contract?
Support is month-to-month with no long tie-ins. Cancel any time with 30 days notice — we keep you because you want to stay, not because you're locked in.
What if I need bigger changes — a new section or new feature?
Small edits are included in your monthly plan. Larger pieces of work (new pages, new features, redesigns) are quoted separately so you always know what you're paying for.
Do you handle hosting too?
